L1 Fundamentals

Saturdays 9:00 am @ The Power of Three

 

  Start your journey here! 
Learn the fundamental terminology and basic movements of Pole Dance & Fitness. 
  This class is designed to give you the strength and confidence needed to enter Pole L2 or RED

 

No prerequisites.

L2 Pre-intrmediate

Fridays 5:30 pm @ The Power of Three

 

  After completing Pole L1 we welcome you to join us for the next progressive level in your journey.
  Lv2 classes feature more advanced spins, beginner upright holds, and invert conditioning.

 

Pre-requisites:
Fan kick, Chair spin, Shoulder roll, Basic sit

 

L3+ Intermediate

Fridays 6:45 pm @ The Power of Three

 

  After completing Pole L2 we are ready to move onto more complicated things. 
  This class type features upsidedown holds, more rigorous conditioning, and more advanced spin variations.

 

Pre-requisites:
Basic invert, Cradle hold, Ragdoll

R.E.D.

Saturdays 12:30 pm @ The Power of Three
 

  Learn pole flow and exotic style tricks focusing on floor work, and movements around the bottom half of the pole.
  Heels are welcome and encouraged in this class type.

 

Pre-requisites: 
None.
