- Aerial Hammocks -

Gain mobility, flexibility, strength, coordination & more 
in a FUN, FLYING, FITNESS experience!

 

Aerial Flow

Tues 5:40-6:30 pm @ The Italian Hall
 

  We spend the greater majority of class with feet or other body parts on the ground. Flowing from one stretch to the next with the hammock assisting us.
  The last 10-15 minutes of this class is optionally spent visiting poses that may require us to be fully suspended by the hammock either upright or upside down. 
  Variations are available if you are having difficulty with any movements or sequences

Aerial Fly

Tues 5:40-6:30 pm @ The Italian Hall
 

  This class is for those who like intensity. 
Focused on stretches and conditioning for the purposes that are designed for the purpose of advancing your aerial climbing and tumbling.
  We spend a good portion of class fully suspended by the hammock right side up and upside down.
