After completing Pole L1 or equivalent we welcome you to join us for the next progression in your journey.
Lv2 classes feature more advanced spins, beginner upright holds, and invert conditioning.

Fan kick, Chair spin, Shoulder roll, Basic sit

Wednesdays 7:45 pm @ A Better You
Learn pole flow and exotic style tricks focusing on floor work, and movements around the bottom half of the pole.
Heels are welcome and encouraged in this class type.
